What a couple weeks it has been! Missed last weeks report because of the busyness of the summer reason kicking off!
The mingo bite has been on fire lately, but we are starting to gear up for snapper season starting next week! It’s going to be a great one.
Gag grouper have been biting pretty well, but the sharks have been crushing us lately on anything big we are catching over natural bottom! Hopefully they lay off for the opening of snapper season.
The mahi have arrived for a bit! Lots of weed lines pushing through and they are getting hot some days! Definitely worth pulling up to any big patches of weeds you found in the gulf no matter how close to shore. Hopefully they stick around for a while and we get to keep bringing home mahi mahi for yall!
The king bite has been hit and miss. Hopefully more kings push in and start holding close to shore for us!
